Penelope Inc. has a 30 day return policy from the order date.
All items must be returned in the original condition with
bar code tags attached. All items must be carefully packed
to prevent shipping damage and may be returned via USPS or UPS.
You will receive a credit to your original method of payment
for any items returned following these guidelines. You will
not receive credit for any worn or damaged item or for any
item received by us after the 30 day limit.

shipped. Packages are weighed to assure no item is left out.
